Venom Testnet: first month results 🎙

As a Layer-0 solution, the Venom blockchain was designed for infinite scalability and interoperability, providing endless possibilities for global Web3 applications.

On April 25, 2023, Venom blockchain launched its test network with three main goals: enhancing security, improving user experience and building community.

One month of the testnet in numbers:

• 9 dApps
• 576K wallets
• 190M transactions
• 17M accounts (+ smart contracts)
• 3M NFTs minted as part of on-chain/social tasks

✉️ The Venom testnet ecosystem currently includes the following dApps: VenomWallet, VenomPools, VenomScan, VenomBridge, VenomStake, Web3.World, Oasis.Gallery, VenomPad, Snipa Finance. To maintain user interest, various tasks were launched, the successful completion of which resulted in receiving a commemorative NFT.

⚙ A number of updates were made to improve the user experience and solve some issues: scalability was improved, the tokenization system was improved, the UI/UX was improved, user flow from mobile devices was optimized, security measures in Discord were strengthened, the Oasis.Gallery NFT marketplace was improved.

The Venom team says it wants to constantly develop and improve its platform, so future plans include expanding the ecosystem with partnerships and new dApps (such as NUMI — a universal metaverse platform). GameFi and SocialFi dApps are also in development.

Venom Testnet testing continues, and in the future the company promises to introduce new interesting dApps to popularize and further develop of Web3.
